What you get is,

1. Original receipt of purchase
2. Survey plan
3. Deed of Assignment
4. Copy of global C of O

The land is in Okun-Ajah, a tarred road links from Abraham Adesayan. Alternatively, you can come in via the Alpha Beach road.

There are 14plots of land available at Okun Ajah for sale at the price of N3million each (Sea side inclusive). It is covered by a confirmed global C of O currently with an unexpired life of 96yrs.
