You can cancel it yourself If you do Internet banking. They dare not send me alerts again after I deactivated it using self service.
Never that is possible. I'm logging in right away to effect the change.

Cheap labour in banking sector so as to declare excess profit and give out dividend to shareholders (directors) and profit sharing to staff (directors). Any which way directors gain

Those muderfuckers charge customers for withdrwaing their own money. Nigerian banks are as unpredictable and unruly as the government. It is a very high risk dealing with them.

So many things wrong with the Nigerian banking system. Its only a Nigerian bank that will exchange dollars for you at a lower rate. Then return it and exchange it for a higher rate 1 month later. UBA especially. angry angry angry angry
It's called business my dear look it up

I hate this bank cos of their CEO. Arrogant and has an attitude. I know a contract staff here with family that earns 50k a month. May God have mercy on them!

Why won't they, when only me get up to #1600 SMS service charge per month undecided

Told d ldiots to cancel d SMS tin, they said it it mandatory *Dafvck! Email notification is sufficient for me

lol I gladly told them and even checked the tick box for only email notifications when I opened account with them back in 2012. they don't charge me a dime for mail notifications.

conversely if you don't mind changing the mail you use for banking you can go to any branch and tell them you wanna change your mailing address. while filling the form tick/indicate you want only mail notifications for privacy.

works always.
