I know a female corper those days who was receiving double allawee and her colleague wasn't receiving anything, the girl embezzled the whole money until the girl who wasn't receiving complained bitterly and her complaints got to Nysc headquarters, investigation revealed that her friend was receiving double and kept it secret while the girl was starving and eventually she was asked to refund every kobo.
