I have a question regarding business registration and I would really appreciate some help, My question is this: If I have an already existing company and I want to create another business as a subsidiary under the existing company, do I have to register the subsidiary business separately under CAC or can I just go ahead and create another business branch as a subsidiary under the already existing limited company (example abc products is a subsidiary of xyz limited company, do I have to register ABC products also or can I just use it directly under XYZ limited company?)

I would really appreciate some response from NL business owners / biz gurus.
