I was trying to install avg antivirus on my HP window 8.1 corei5 system but each time i open d installer it keeps telling me "extraction error cannot open output file". I also installed smadav but each time I tried to open it tells me run time error application abnormally terminated. it seems my system has issues wit installating antivirus. I av googled alot still no solution. pls help urgently
