Let us first have uninterrupted power supply, then by that year we add number of years for which advanced countries have had such till the said date and we can start projecting that we will have electric cars in some years time.

Its a welcomed development, but Nigeria and d rest of Subsaharan Africa will still depend on petrol n diesel for the next 70years at least.
