Alexandre Lacazette is at Arsenal's training ground to complete a move from Lyon.

The French striker has been linked with numerous top European teams this summer but chose North London after all.

According to Sky Sports, Alexandre Lacazette is having his medical at Arsenal this afternoon with an announcement expected within 24 hours.

The striker was initially linked with a move to Atlético Madrid, but the transfer broke down after Atleti were handed a transfer ban.

Lacazette joins the Gunners before their pre-season tour which will give him plenty of time to adapt to his new surroundings.

An initial 18 billion naira (45 million pounds) fee has been agreed with Lyon for Lacazette which that could potentially rise to N21 billion (£52m million).

This deal will surpass the N17.2 billion (£42.4m) Arsenal paid Real Madrid for Mesut Ozil in 2013.. This will be the Gunners' most expensive signing ever.
