Just when you thought luxury travel couldn’t get any better, Zanzibar has announced the news of the largest luxury property in Africa, complete with a golf course, aqua park, equestrian center, and yep, the rumors are true, an underwater nightclub.

In what will be Africa’s largest luxury community, the Zanzibar Amber Resort will span 3,756 acres across the island, making room for the luxury villas and five international hotels that are currently being built.

If you have a small fortune lying around, you can invest in your own luxury vacation home, since these will be the very first offered to non-residents.

The first residential property is set to open this year with the rest of the resort likely to be completed by 2020.
