I just bought a vehicle for transporting my goods from the North to south and West, I am a newbie in automobile, I want to know the rules and regulations I should set for my driver to protect my vehicle and goods.

Drivers in late thirties and fourties tend to be more reliable in vehicle maintenance, good driving conduct, minimal short changing .
