Ultimate Results Montessori International School - is a newly established educational institution with the core value of nurturing pupils for Godliness, Knowledge and Excellence. The school is situated in Iyana Iyesi, Ogun State and has need for both teaching and non-teaching staff to fill the vacant positions below at the Creche, Nursery and Primary Education levels.

Job Title: Head Teacher
Location: Iyana Iyesi, Ogun State.
Responsibilities
o Personally responsible for the day-to-day management of the school;
o Required to make urgent decisions and assist in making vital policies;
o Meeting with other education professionals, and representing the school at conferences and other events outside the school in the local community and nationwide;
o Motivating, training and disciplining staff;
o Motivating the pupils;
o Ensuring that the school is up-to-date with innovations, from teaching practices to new technologies;
o Managing the classroom effectively to meet the needs of the curriculum and health & safety requirements;
o And any other functions that may be deemed necessary.

Qualifications
o Candidates must possess either a B. ED/B. SC./B. A in any discipline with a minimum of 10years working experience.
o A post-graduate degree (MSC, PGD) will be an added advantage
o Candidate must be willing to work as part of a team
o Candidates living within Ota and its environ would be preferred.

Job Title: Primary School Subject Teacher - All Subjects
Responsibilities
o Assume personal responsibility for the academic progress of all students.
o Implement a coherent, research-based curriculum;
o Document all syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, rubrics, and other instructional materials and methods;
o Use consistent school-wide practices and individualized methods to engage students in the classroom.
o Create, monitor, and sustain a disciplined school culture of high academic and behavioral standards;
o Provide structure in the classroom by developing and reinforcing school-wide rules and expectations;
o Ensure smooth operation of all classroom instructional functions without excuses or exceptions.
o Develop and use a variety of assessment data to refine curricula and instructional practice;
o Evaluate academic achievement through detailed data analysis of student performance.
o Communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues;
o Develop and maintain positive, strong classroom culture.
Core Competencies and Qualifications
o Interested candidates should possess either B. ED/NCE/OND;
o Results-driven educator with experience in, and commitment to, standards-based curriculum and the use of data and assessments to drive instructional decisions;
o Spoken and written English must be of a high standard;
o Experience as a teacher in a Nigerian and British National Curriculum School (Minimum of 2 years’ experience);
o Willingness to participate in Co-Curricular activities;
o Candidate must be willing to work as part of a team
o Outstanding classroom teacher who has demonstrated quantifiable and objective student performance gains;
o Manager of an urban classroom who has used discipline, structure, appropriate incentives, and high expectations to achieve measurable academic and civic success;
o Desire to be held accountable for student academic growth and academic results;
o Proven ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a diverse team of teachers;
o Technological proficiency with a basic understanding of data analysis;
o Professional demeanor, strong work-ethic, detail-driven work style with excellent organizational skills;
o Ambitious nature interested in growing as an educator and reaching high standards professionally;
o Committed to getting the job done well, no matter what the obstacles or how long it takes;
o Unwavering commitment to the mission and core values of the school;
o Must be able to use ICT to enhance teaching;
o Candidates living within Ota and its environ would be preferred.
Non-Teaching Staff: Front Desk Officer/ Bursar, Minders, Driver, Security Guard, Cleaners
o Interested candidates should possess either OND/SSCE;
o Applicants for the position of Front Desk Officer/Bursar must possess an OND in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 3years working experience;
o Candidate must be diligent and of high integrity;
o Candidate must be willing to work as part of a team
o Candidates for the position of Minders, Driver, Security Guard and Cleaners must be Results-driven individuals with a minimum of 2 years’ working experience;
o Candidates living within Ota and its environ would be preferred.
