am using this medium to contact you since I can't get any means of contacting you.

I have being trying to upload my ad through the normal route but it keeps telling me the size is bigger when for sure the size of my ad is 318 width and 106 height with a 25.11kb and JPG format in consonant to your banner requirement.

Seen at this point, I am just totally confused as I don't know what to do again.

Please let me know what your recommendation could be, also how you can be of help .
