POSITION: Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: Ajah - Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Coordinate the administration of clients facilities and the office at large
• Sales and marketing of clients properties
• Maintenance of land, building, project and other facilities of clients
• Inspection, market Survey and analysis of clients assets
• General estate management of building, projects and facilities of clients.
* General knowledge in computer applications and Real Estate Softwares

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Minimum of OND in Estate Management from a reputable Institution.
• At least 2 years relevant work experience in real estate industry
• Good knowledge of Real Estate Management is a MUST
• Excellent communication skills is essential
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Good interpersonal skills is essential
• Age- Not more than 30 years old
• Preferably a male
