The minimum amount we allow per transaction is 20 USD – whether for funding or withdrawal. If you transact with anything less than that, even with 19.99 USD, the transaction would be rejected.

WHY?
The cost of Neteller transfer is 1.9% (which we bear for every trader), and we also pay for stamp duty whenever someone transfers fund to us. There are also other costs of doing this business.

Our minimum amount per transaction is still the most favorable. One exchanger, who has moved from Ibadan to Lagos, allows a minimum of 50 USD per transaction. There is another exchanger who allows a minimum withdrawal of 1,000 USD and a minimum funding of 200 USD.

We’re the only Neteller exchanger that allows funding and withdrawal at parallel market rates.

Even our other withdrawal rate (N342/$) is the highest, and our funding rate (N400/$) remains the best when compared to other Neteller exchangers.

In future, as we move up the ladder of Neteller VIP levels, our rates would even become more competitive: The best spreads.

That seems better than what others do. The costs of doing business are crazy and that's why a company like Etisalat is in trouble.
