Sodipo Williams pleads guilty to $12m fraud Kunle Sodipo Williams: faces 20 year jail term in US Williams who faces a maximum 20 year jail term for the offences and deportation, will be sentenced in October. Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General Stuart M. Goldberg of the Justice Department’s Tax Division and Acting U.S. Attorney Carrie Costantin for the Eastern District of Missouri, said Sodipo entered the guilty plea in a Federal court in Alabama.
