Why can't you report them to national lottery commission with your winning ticket as proof. 1960bet,nairabet,bet9ja,merrybet,and WGB are all registered betting companies in Nigeria.So if you win and they refuse to pay you at a stipulated time,report to efcc or NCC.That is fraud.Afterall,they have not declare to be bankrupt and they have been eating punters bet money. |
