Sales Account Manager ( Cyber Security )

Position Summary

We are looking for a results driven sales account manager to be responsible for sales activities from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations.
If you have a background in Communication and/or Cyber Security with extensive experience in corporate sales, we would like to speak with you.

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure the minimum sales targets are consistently delivered and achieved.
Develop a pipeline and drive new Business and sales.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
Build productive trust relationships with customers.

Requirements

Educational Requirements/Professional Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc., B.A., B.Eng./Tech., LL.B/B.L, etc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline with a minimum of second class upper/upper credit
Candidate should possess ANY of the Qualifications such as CISA, CIA, CFE, CISSP, CEH, ITIL, COBIT, Programming Capacity in SQL, Systems Implementation experience (such as ERP, etc.) and other relevant technical certifications would also be considered in applicable units as appropriate
Have at least 2 to 3 years’ cognate experience, verifiable working experience including track record of over-achieving sales quota.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Have good sales, business development and project management effectiveness, flexible in meet changing circumstances to meet dynamic client needs
Be able to identify client-specific problems, proffer workable solutions and develop potential business opportunities

Other requirements

Proven results oriented numerate Sales account in the cyber security and IT sectors with a strong personal drive, ambition, integrity and potential to grow into more senior positions.
Contacts with current buyers and purchasing decision makers, both in the Public & Private sectors, of very considerable advantage.
An IT background.
A team player, yet with the confidence to aggressively pursue and deliver profitable sales growth.
Needs to be able to operate with minimal supervision and regularly reports back to the Manager
