Cos these are the times
Her strings being pulled wrongly

Mother wont be home tonight
She’s working late
She always does
Grabbing the pole
Showing the men her fry
And them men keep pulling
At her panties,
Cos they’ve got to see her pussy
And they pull so hard it snaps
See mama, its show time
And this night she is out of tune
Cos tonight the alcohol
Is pulling her strings wrongly

You can pull me hard
You can pull me soft
Whatever you do
I will not snap
Cos i know those times i was out of tune
You simply moved on
To pull another wrongly

Your poems are beautifully written, I love the comparison of the human emtoions with the strings of a guitar, you've got a great sense of imagery. well done!

@ efosa: Your poem's a very good one, I like your descriptive ability. However, your 2nd and 3rd verses seem out of sync with the 1st and 4th, prolly cos of the switch from 1st person to 3rd person. A good poem altogether though.
