This is to inform you that the first batch of physical allocation for Bricks and Bars Estate Phase 2 will commence on Saturday 28th October 2017 till 31st December 2017.

Please note that payment of all other fees must be made before plot(s) will be physically allocated to clients
Kindly inform your clients to pay up all the Estate fees listed below:
• Development fee: N200,000 PER PLOT
• Survey: N250,000 PER PLOT
• Deed of Agreement: N50,000 PER PLOT

All payments should be made to our bank accounts.

Letters of Allocation will be sent to clients indicating their plot(s) number which will be physically allocated after all dues has been paid.

Their plot(s) of land is reserved till whenever they are ready to make the payment.
