All foreign graduates are required to take along the original credentials they uploaded (to the NYSC Portal) for physical verification and evaluation.
Green card
Please note that this card contains your bio-data. Do ensure to print and come along with it.
Your school ID card.
Notification/statement of result from school
Photocopies of your documents
Passport photographs
Clear bag

Let's also look at the various certificates you need. The various certificates you must have are as follows;
Certificates and licenses;
Here, for Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and Lab Scientists, take along your proof of certification. Graduates of Medicine and Pharmacy are expected to have their Certificates of Registration with Nigerian Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (NMDCN) and Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) respectively.
Stationery; This will give you access to camp food so you need it.

Also, you need the following;
A round-necked white T-shirts
White shorts
Plain white sneakers and tennis shoes
White socks
Padlocks
Waist pouch
