The Chief of Army Staff, Nigerian Army, Lieutenant General Tukur Yusufu Buratai, has directed the Theatre Commander, Operation LAFIYA DOLE, Major General Ibrahim Attahiru, to capture Boko-Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau dead or alive within forty (40) days.

The Nigerian Army Chief gave this ultimatum on Friday, July 21, where he added that the Theatre Commander should employ all arsenal at his disposal to ” smoke out Shekau wherever he is hiding in Nigeria”.
