As usual the customer service of all the telecom companies in our dear country is not much to be desired. Recently on my trip to nija i was blown away by the level of service i recieved from MTN, but even that was after a friend gave me the details of the Head Mr Akin Braithwaite and i contacted him. I got the usual apology, this time around with something that you only get in the developed world, service compensation. I was given one month free data plan, i asked my cousin is it the norm or an exception. He told me that since Mr Braithwaite moved to MTN from Zain this has been the case, and it got me wondering why cant NCC make all the other operators do same.

NCC should not only compel the operators to compensate where necessary but should lower their prices, Blackberry monthly plan if less than 2k in the UK and 5k in Nija.

i don't thnk u need 2 knw akin 2 av ur issues resolved and compensated. just send a mail or call into their customer care and bingo!
