Bsc Ed is simply bachelor of science in education. it means dual honours. just 2 departments under education issue such degree ( VOC edu, library & info science)

while

BEd is just a single honour. the rest of the departments under faculty of education issue Bed.

if things were the way it ought to be,for Bsc Ed u can either teach or do other job aside teaching while BEd is exclusively for teachers only.

Both B.Ed and B.Sc. Ed. are certificate obtainable from faculty of education in the university. B.Ed is on core educational courses, while B.Sc. Ed. has teaching subject in primary secondary schools.
