As a layman, If am about to purchase a Tokumbo car, what are the details I should check to know if the car is mechanically and electrically sound to buy.
Pls your advice is needed.

WATS UR TASTE N BUDGET. PERSONALLY I LOVE STRONG N RUGGED CARS. SO I GO 4 CARS LIKE CAMRY, COROLLA N SOLARA. INCASE OF HONDA I GO 4 CIVIC(1999-2005). NISSAN SUNNY(2002-2008). BENZ C CLASS 1998-2001 ETC. SO R U SOMEONE DAT LOVES FLASHY CARS OR RUGGED CARS.

With your post, i assume you already has a vehicle in mind or already seen 1. Too bad, u will need a professional to help u check and also check the VIN report too, because there is limit to wat a lay man can understand and see in a vehicle. Make sure the person u are using is trusted o, with equipment to test the vehicle too.

I want to buy Mercedes Benz C180. But I want to have an idea of what and what to look out for or conduct checks. Even if am not the professional that will check the car. ]
