SUGAR COOKIES
Ingredients,

1 cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 2 3/4 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder.

Preparation:
Pre heat oven to 350 degree
Mix all dry ingredient together(flour, baking powder, salt). In another bowl cream all wet ingredients together(sugar, egg, butter, vanilla extract) until light and fluffy.
Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together until well combined.
Scoop the batter and drop it on the parchment paper in the baking tray. Flatten the cookies with the bottom of a drinking glass . Sprinkle sugar on the batter and bake until crispy.
Note: you can bake using stove/ gas.
Place an empty pot on the stove, place an aluminum place inside(upside down) allow to get hot then put ur batter in a pan/ another aluminum plate to bake.
