please i made a school fee payment to my school website fee.uam.edu.ng and while on the process network went off. now the money was deducted from my account and the transaction wasnt complete cus i could not get the pin. i contacted the sch and they said the transaction was not succesfull what should i do pls |

highque: it was online with an ATM master card i called the bank customer care and they asked me to send an email they are taking forever to reply |

Forget sending any email. Just visit any branch of the bank nearest to you and file a complaint. They will be able to sort it out for you |
