Hi doc and pharm in d building. am finding it difficult to fall asleep after taking artesunate plus to treat malaria. sleeping pills are not helping. pls what else can I do or what natural herb can I take so as to get my sleeping routine back. Thanks

Have a fixed sleeping time.let ur 9pm be 9
Quit alcohol and smoking
Take a hot bath before bed
Stop taking a nap anything past 4pm
Take hot milk bfore bed and dnt eat heavy meal bfore bed.
If u can't afford milk just go nd look for bitter leaf and squeeze d juice with honey(optional) drink it wen u want to sleep.

Avoid TV or phone wen u are about to sleep.

All these works lik magic. Though at first d sleep might not come on time or short but with gradual process it will definitely improved.
