A truck fully loaded with cements turned upside down, covering the people inside on sapele - benin expressway.. It's so sad that there were no NEMA staff around to quickly apply their skills using emergency management equipment in rescuing the accident victims, the people around from nearby village spent so long struggling to reach the victims screaming inside the truck.
