Actually, for NIgeria....oil needs to be at $100 and above. ANything below $100 is just not enough.

Diversion and lack of investment was due to the old subsidy regime...which meant that petroleum marketers....from the majors to the independents made just N2 profit per liter of fuel sold. Hence diversion to black market....so that they could make more money.

Yes....because Nigeria needs oil at $100 and above to break even.

$50 is not enough.

And even at $100....we have to pay off the debt we incurred when revenues fell during the days' oil was between $25-45.
