Web masters viewing.. Please I need help ASAP I tried to install a contact form plugin.. The previous one I had stopped showing after I changed theme no matter how hard I tried.. So while trying to install another one.. The message below popped up, since then I can't login.. If I open my admin url.. Same message pops up.. Please I need urgent help.. Thanks in advance.. Clear your browser cache and cookies then, try to see if you can log in

Go to your cpanel, under the plugin folder in your directory. Locate the contact form and delete it #ityunit |

TrapHedges:Do the following 1. Login to your hosting website e.g godaddy 2. Locate your hosting account. You should be able to login to cpanel directly from there without cpanel details 3. If successful, in your cpanel, goto file manager, locate your public_html folder and open wp-content folder, open the plugins filer and delete the folder of the contact form. 4. Your wp-admin login details should work now. 5. If you're not able to login to cpanel from your hosting website, jut open a support ticket with them asking them to help reset your cpanel login details. Once done, they'll send the new login details to your registered email. Login to cpanel with the details, Then continue with step (3). I can help you if it's urgent and you're willing to release your login details |
