The pressing issues as of now are:
#1 The[b] beneficiaries[/b] wants to know when and where to collect their devices

#2 Beneficiaries that have not collected their stipends wants to know what can be done to hasten the step or perhaps remove all hindrances
to their payment

#3 New applicants who can't login to write their online tests want to know why it is so, and what can be done to rectify the problem

#4 New applicants who have written the test want to know when their result and selection will be done

#5 Some Beneficiaries whose account has been hacked and couldn't get their payment or get full control of their Profile Page

#6 Beneficiaries who wants to change their devices, because they selected a wrong device or the one selected was changed by the NPower Administrator.
