Please what is the current rate of Euro in the black market, I browsed it and found out it #385 but around #417 in the black market... But then thats internet, I may not be too sure, reason why I deem it fit asking?

Again I wish to know, can I use my Nigerian Naira Master card as my BTA...

And maybe make withdrawals at my location in Helsinki, knowing I the conversion would be #385 for one euro, rather than changing my naira at higher rates here...

Someone with experience on this subject advice me.. .. My travel destination: One of the North Pole Country... with Helsinki as capital. Lol
