We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Female Company Secretary
Location: Lagos
Tasks and Responsibilities
Maintaining diaries, handling correspondence and arranging appointments.
Typing, preparing and collating reports on the computer system.
Organising and attending to meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) within and outside Lagos (as the case may be)
Required Skills:
Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
Team spirit
Organisation and time management skills
Attention to details
Good looking, fashionable and out-spoken
Good English proficiency and Letter writing skill
Ability to work and run with instruction.
Proactive integrity and ability to work with little super .
Computer literacy, the ability to use standard software packages (eg Microsoft Office).
Requirements
Must stay within or around these environs: Alakuko, Fagba, Toll-Gate, Iju-Ishaga, Abule-Egba, Meiran, Ijaiye, Agege.
Age limit: 21 – 28
OND, HND or B.Sc. with nysc certificate.
Min of 1 year working experience (with evidence to show).
