Ukhta State Technical University proudly invites all high school and university graduates to apply for the Russian Government scholarship in order to study a bachelor or master's program at Ukhta State Technical University. The scholarships are offered by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

Scholarship Award:The study of foreign citizens at Russian state universities is up to 80% subsidized by the Government of Russia, making it affordable (the average cost of an academic year, including accommodation in a student hostel at Ukhta State Technical University is about 2500-3500 USD). Life and health insurance is obligatory for any foreign citizen arriving to the Russian Federation for studies. The cost of life and health insurance costs about 80 USD per year.

Eligibility:- International students with insufficient knowledge are required to study a pre-university preparatory course of educational establishments on supplementary comprehensive programs.

Entrance Requirement:

Applicants must have document of complete secondary education for bachelor degree programme, Bachelor’s degree or a Specialist’s degree for masters degree programme.

1.Application Form with an attached colour photograph; NOTE: If you want to study at Ukhta University, you should put its name on the first line in the application form p. 25.
2.Copies of documents confirming subsequent educational levels including transcript of records;
3.Medical certificate issued by the official authority of the candidate residence country;
4.Certificate of HIV and AIDS negative test results issued by the official authority of the candidate residence country;
5.Copies of passport pages containing information required for study visa, valid for at least 18 months from the start date of the entry student visa (clearly readable pages containing the setting data for invitation);
6.Other relevant documents (diplomas; international, national and other academic contest certificates).
7.For admission to PhD programs: abstract in Russian or English language; list of publications.
