I bought 12.5KG @ N3,200 today compared to N4,700 some months ago.

That's some progress.

Yes, the last one I bought was 250 per kg.
I think it is a remarkable improvement.
But we need to reflect the gains of Naira in the prices of foodstuffs as they seems to be defying conventional economic factors.
Despite earning my income in dollars, I always pray for a strong Naira out of innocent patriotism. Though my patriotism is because of humanity not on the basis of my Nationality.
I have the belief that a strong Naira will have positive impact on the masses.
The soaring price of foodstuffs is alarming and I don't think anything proactively is being done by the Federal and state governments.
Our state governments across the country particularly seems useless and clueless about economic development.
All they know is awarding self-serving contracts for roads and boreholes.
I hope we get it right because people are becoming tired.
The poo is almost hitting the fan.

just bought @ N3,500....that's not massive reduction. Until we go back to the days between N2500 and N3000
