Prestigious magazine FourFourTwo published a list with the 100 best footballers in history. A compilation which is giving much to talk about.

The list is topped by Diego Maradona and Gheorge Hagi closes it in 100th place. Between one and the other, there are a few surprises.

Second is Messi, in front of Pele, Cruyff and his modern rival Cristiano Ronaldo. They are the only two players still in the game included in the top ten.

Rather shockingly, Ronaldinho only made the 24th spot, quite possibly because his genius came to an early end. He is the sixth Brazilian behind Pele, Ronaldo, Garrincha, Zico and Romario.....
