Billionaire Muhammadu Indimi and Chairman Oriental Energy Resources LTD Celebrates 70th Birthday in Gombe.

Maiduguri billionaire oil mogul Muhammadu Indimi whom will turn 70 on 12th August, 2017 started activities to mark the birthday celebration with HRH. Alh. (Dr) Abubakar Shehu Abubakar III, Governor Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo and Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State in a special Durbar and dinner organized by His Royal Highness, the Emir of Gombe, Alh. (Dr.) Abubakar Shehu Abubakar III, Chairman, Gombe State Council of Emir's and Chiefs, and Chancellor, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike.

His decision to celebrate his birthday in Gombe was informed by the love and respect he has for the State and the good people of Gombe State.

The celebration which held at Emir's Palace, Gombe, was attended by dignitaries such as Former FCT Mininster, Dr Aliyu Modibbo Umar, former PDP National Publicity Secretary, Prof. Rufa'i Ahmed Alkali, the President of the Borno State Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (BOCCIMA), Alhaji Modu Rijiya, and President/CEO Zavati Group LTD , Abdulrahman Aliyu.

Also in attendance were the Gombe State Deputy Governor, Hon. Charles Iliya, Speaker, Gombe State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Nasiru Abubakar Nono, Chief of Staff, Gombe State Government, Hon. Ahmed Yayari, Members of the Gombe State House of Assembly, Commissioners, Elder Statesmen, traditional rulers and many others.

In a related development, as part of the birthday celebration, Mohammadu Indimi, OFR has commissioned two roads in the State, one named after him as "Muhammadu Indimi Way" and another one named after the Late Emir of Gombe, Alh. (Dr) Shehu Usman Abubakar as " Usman Shehu Abubakar Way". The roads were named by His Excellency, Governor Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo, PhD. OON (Talban Gombe).

Billionaire Indimi finally rounded up the birthday celebration by visiting the Gombe International Conference Centre constructed by Governor Dankwambo's administration accompanied by His Royal Highness, Alh. (Dr.) Abubakar Shehu Abubakar III and Governor Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo.
