Following Singer Dammy Krane’s Re-appearance in court yesterday, 1st August, 2017, on his Felony case his arraignment hearing has now been scheduled for August 17, 2017 based on the Miami-Dade County Criminal Justice Online System.

For those who don’t know, In felony cases, after the arraignment, if the case doesn’t settle or gets dismissed, the judge holds a preliminary hearing. At this hearing, the judge will decide if there is enough evidence that the defendant committed the crime to make the defendant have to appear for a trial.
Dammy Krane will now appear in court at 9:15am on the said date at the Justice Building, Room 4-3 with Courtney Erik as his defense attorney and Migiel De La O as the judge.
