Policemen at Ilasa Division in Lagos have arrested a suspected serial rapist identified as Emeka for allegedly defiling a five-year-old girl at Osoyintola area of Ilasamaja.

According to vanguard , a resident said that, “ Emeka gave the girl biscuit, took her into the toilet and raped her.

“The girl was heard crying. Her elder sister, who was looking for her, heard her voice and started calling her name. At that point, Emeka rushed out of the toilet and bolted.
