I need someone with a vast experience in people and skills management, more like a consulting role. I have already myself over 7years experience. The call center is setup already. the technology is in tact, we serve loads of customers already. but we need to get better and run 247. simply people management to actualize result to our potential customer.

Qualifications
All applicants must possess the following:
Mandatory NYSC Discharge certificate
University degree in Accounting or its equivalent
Minimum of 2nd Class Upper(B.Sc.)/Upper Credit (HND)
1 - 3 years working experience in similar field.

You could get someone to your taste (I mean level of experience you feel is required) and further train them, this has proven to be effective over the years.
