NASU (Non Academic Staff Union) conducted a peaceful protest recently; yesterday precisely as the new V.C for the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) slashed salaries of all staff despite the hike in school fees which also led to a protest by students of the institution. We are asking all relevant authorities to please wade in and resolve the matter as one man cannot hold the school on ransom. http://castgist.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=24366
