Pls, am working on a relaxation spot that will offer local and traditional foods, ranging from bush meat to ogba, isiewu, nkwobi, abacha, bole and fish, other Nigerian foods inclusive, snacks and ice cream etc.

I need your candid advice;
# Can such a place successfully run without the sales of beer? Maybe purely all sort of wine, palm wine, juice (fresh homemade)...

I suggest you still include beer. U have nothing to lose.

Also consider a good array of herbal drinks.

What location are you looking at?

no. Guys that go out to eat such foods always want beer. Try something like burger, sharwama, french fries, meat pie etc. then you would do fine without beer.

You want to sell wine and palm wine but no booze. I'm confused . What religious denomination do you belong to, because in Islam and Christianity - alcohol is alcohol .. no brands
