While your efforts to gather this information is appreciated and welcome considering the environment we live in, the reality is that as far as Technology stand if you are giving phone with 1GB RAM free pls politely reject it.... The reason why some of these 1GB RAM phones still making their ways into Nigeria market is simple No standard check or enforcer...
By any standard buying phone with 1GB RAM for 0-39k is a waste of resources.. Good luck to whoever has divergent view.

Prices of phones are dropping if your seller can tell you the truth. L8 as at 4 months ago was 40-42, but now you can get it as cheap as 29-30k
