A man was nabbed by a passerby while
allegedly trying to r.ape a six-year-old girl in an uncompleted building around Kasoleri area, close to Agbala Itura,Ikorodu, Lagos .
According to reports,
the man who lived in the area before
planned to carry out the nefarious act
while visiting a former neighbour in the area.
