I am urgently in need of a good developer to help develop a good semi accounting application, using laravel framework for the application.

The project is of three stage
1. Business requirement development (BRD) ready
2. User interface design and architecture. Need someone for this.
3. Coding using Laravel. Need someone for this also.

Candidate with Lagos location will be more appreciated or candidate that can make it to Lagos for job.
