There is no way we would talk about tazia and we w0nt talk about the dead. .

Tazia is prescribed in islam to offer condolences to the family of the deceased. Tazia can Only happen between muslim to muslim. Tazia should take the form of whatever is tought will bring them consolation. To stem their grief and help them to be patient. Tazia is ibaadat and should be done exactly the way prophet muhammad did. Bukhari, al-janaaiz 1204.

The sunnah is for deceased relatives to prepare food for breaved family if they cannot prepare food for themselves to eat due to grief of the dead.. Hadith- prophet muhammad heared that his cousin Jafar Ibn Ali had died in the battle of mu'tah, he told his family to make food for the family of Jafar and said, "Because there has come to them that which will pre-occupy them" MAJMOO FATAAWA WA MAJAALAAT MUTANAWWILAH LI SAMAAHAT AL SHAYKH AL ALLAAMAH ABDUL AL AZEEZ IBN ABDUL-ALLAAH IBN BAAZ ( Volume 7, page 325)

Firoq has distort what tazia is . .especially sufi . .1. they rent chairs and tent and stay for hours 2. they read quran and do tafsir @ grave side as soon as after the dead is buried. 3. they (deceased) family gives alfa m0ney 4. they arrange fidau 5. they arrange and to waasi and burial cerem0ny. 6. they read dalailu khayrat for the dead. 7. alfa and their muridi holds special prayer for the dead by reading all quran verses in exchange for m0ney and f0od fr0m the deceased family. 8. they use hot or warm water to bathe the dead. 9. the dead is bathe unclad. 10. they do n0t perform ablution before doinq salat janaaiz 11. they do dua for the dead @ graveside with different dua from which rasul instructed. 12. they bury the dead @ home . . . . . so much m0re bida the fir0q have introduced to wage war against islam mpqdp

We (muslims) cannot bath nor attend burial nor perform salat nor make dua for someone who dies a kafir . .

Abdul fatai sarumi said, a muslim can bury a kafir(that is his father). He bring proof from hadith. . . hadith abu dawood 3214. But he mis-interpreted the hadith.. Insha ALLAH i will explain it

Ali told rasul that your father elder brother that is misguided, he is dead. Rasul said, he should bury him and should not talk to anybody till he(ali) comes back to rasul. And rasul said he (ali) should go bath and rasul prayed for him (ali).... the hadith is weak (daif)

Imam bukhari ,and Imam muslim and other scholars states that the hadith is weak due to the isnad ( Najia ibn kaf) ..

We will talk about grave and salat now... 1. to pray facing grave 11. to pray on grave (sealed and plastered and has leveled with ground) 111. to pray in the same compound where graves are. 1V. To pray where grave was..(the grave have been uprooted) ..

Like we all know, muslims must never bury the dead in the house.. dead(muslim) are to be buried in the (muslims cementary). . hadith muslim(1188).. we must not perform salat at grave is...and this hadith made us know the reason why rasul wasnt buried at burial site like other muslims...c,

If we face grave and perform salat - 2251 (muslim) ..also that we shouldnt sit on grave, nor bury the dead at home nor perform salat facing it..

Bukhari 432 . . not to perform salat where makbaroh ( 3 or more grave is ) is . . that nafilat must be performed in the house and obligatory at mosque, that we shouldnt turn our house into makbaroh

Where grave ( makbaroh or kubul ) was before . . bukhari 428 . Rasul told bani najar to give him land to build m0sque and there was makbaroh on the land and was uprooted and mosque was built there . . the 1st m0sque . . . . . bukhari (11369) Hadeeth ayeesha that rasul was buried in her house... hadith muslim(1184) that rasul said, that the wrath 0f ALLAH be upon the jews & christians who take grave of their awliyah(kinsmen,good men, prophets) as place of worship..and this is why rasul was buried at her h0use. .

Like i have always said, the firoq are the ones innovating in islam. . s0me of them do say, when rasul was buried in aesha r0om, where does she perform salat. . . . the hadeeths on graves were m0stly reported by aeesha. . .both in bukhari and muslim . . . .and prophet c0mpani0ns n0r his wives will never go against the deen. . . and as we know, s0me0ne wh0 reported l0ts of hadith 0n graves fr0m rasul, will n0t go against it
