Farm Administrative Assistant wanted for a farm in Epe, Lagos

Responsibilities include:
- maintaining store and seed inventory records
- collating and filing field reports from farm sections
- dispensing tools, seeds and supplies
- keeping workers time sheets
- issuing waybills and invoices
- preparing petty cash vouchers
- re-ordering supplies

Minimum qualification is an OND and at least 2 years of cognitive work experience. Prior work experience in administration and store keeping is a definite advantage. Demonstrable interest in farming would also be an advantage.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities;
- is well organised and disciplined
- has good command of written and spoken English
- is mathematically literate (can perform basic arithmetic)
- has good attention to detail in work presentation
- is honest and hardworking
- has functional computer skills (excel, word, etc)

The salary is N50,000/month with on-farm accommodation. Workdays are Monday till Saturday, with Saturday being a half day.
