For someone who tends to back slide after staying away and controlling it.

to add bits to it : am indoor drinker, drink an average of 30 bottles of Orijin, 3 bottles Orijin Bitters, 4 bottles of Vodka in a month.

it is very easy for folks who haven't been there to bash someone, but it's not easy trying to withdraw, i know outside 9ja there are support groups and all, but has anyone heard one in Abuja?
