The heart is a muscular organ in humans and other animals. The heart is know to give/pump blood through the blood vessels of the circulatory system. The heart is very important, hence the reason we take a lot of precautions and aids when it comes to diet/health and what may affect it. Many food as we all know destroys the heart while others causes or create other problems which will affect the heart.


1. FATTY MEATS

if you love eating a lot of meat or you like eating meat on a daily basis, then be cautious because fatty meats give raise to your bad cholesterol.
