MESSAGE FROM AN AAUAITE (ETEEBANKY)

It is quite unfortunate that at this point in time when we think stability has come to our academic calendar, another industrial Action stroke the nation academic system. Just like Deja Vu when the national President of Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU),Dr. Biodun Ogunyemi, broke the news of an indefinite strike In extension, the Adekunle Ajasin University, branch of the Union has pledged a solidarity support to the national body. By implication, there will be no teaching, no examination and no attendance of statutory meetings of any kind in the University.However,we implore our dear Aauaites, to invest their time and space on things moreproductive and lucrative. Shun social vices, immoral activities and stay out of trouble. Nonetheless we hope, based on actions from the university to dialogue with the branch in searching for a way out, and bringing Aauaites back to campus.
