The best for me is still the airtel smarttrybe.

11kps flat rate to all networks right from the very first minute (N6 per minute). No daily access fee.

Plus you get to use sub N25 for 500MB Or N200 for 1.5GB every night from 12-5am.

Well you just showed your Pulse balance but that didnt show how much you were charged for your calls
1st 60 secs of the day is charged 20k/sec and after that it drops to 11k/sec. That's how it's always been and it hasn't changed.
